How much does domestic shipping cost?

Parcel delivery rates are calculated upon checkout, and will depend on your location.

We currently offer both standard and express shipping via Australia Post.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we are fulfilling orders within Australia only, and do not ship overseas.

Can I change my order details?

Provided your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update your personal details, such as your shipping address. Please contact us at hello@foiyl.com as soon as possible with your order number and delivery details.

Please note that we are unable to amend the order itself, such as changing ring size or adding more products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to send your order within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. Depending on where you are located within Australia, most orders will arrive via standard post within 2-8 business days or express post within 1-4 business days.

While we strive to process and ship orders within the indicated time frames, please note that these are only estimates. Actual shipping times may vary slightly depending on production and fulfilment capabilities.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. For the most up to date delivery information we recommend referring to the Australia Post website directly. To track your order, you can enter your tracking number here.

My order hasn't arrived?

Please refer to the tracking details provided in your confirmation email. If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us via hello@foiyl.com for further investigation. Alternatively you can independently initiate an inquiry with Australia Post.

Kindly note that once the package leaves our warehouse, Australia Post is responsible for providing all updates on the location.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All jewellery purchases will arrive in our signature Foiyl packaging, including a branded box, microfibre pouch, and cleaning cloth. At this time we do not provide any additional gift wrapping services.

Returns

Do you offer returns for change of mind?

We offer returns, less the delivery cost, on unworn items in original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment. Please refer to the exclusions section to confirm your eligibility.

Do you have exclusions on returns?

Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

All returns must be initiated within Australia, we are unable to accept returns from overseas.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at hello@foiyl.com to initiate a return. We will require details including your name, billing address, and order number for us to process your refund.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend including a tracking number to monitor your parcel's whereabouts, as we cannot be held accountable for any returns that are not received.

Can I exchange my purchase?

At this time we do not offer exchanges, vouchers, or credit notes. You are welcome to return your items for a full refund, less delivery.
